6. Themes and presentation criteria for the projects
The selection theme is: "My CULT": IED calls young creatives to develop ideas and projects describing ‘your cult': everything that became an idol, a dream, an icon in your imagination.

A person, an object, a location, a historical period: all these things can represent your cult or can be described as such in your project; you can be inspired by an already existing element, or create a completely new one, and identify it with ‘your cult'.

A successful singer, a rockband in the history of music, an artist, an actress or actor, a stylist, a designer, a model, a public or historical name; an object or a space created by a famous designer, or a piece of furniture which it is special for you and for your family; a style, a fashion collection that has always been in your dreams; a place that you visited or where you would like to live; an key historical event or a period of time with a great value for you: all these can be examples of ‘your cult', and should be the focus of your project.

We would kindly ask you to avoid any religious meaning of the word ‘Cult' for this selection, in order to respect everyone's opinions.
