4 - design criteria
Projects will be judged by their effectiveness and on concept / creativity

5 – Registration deadline
Application registration will be accepted through july 31, 2003
(there is a maximum enrollment, registration may close prior to that deadline)

6 - Registration
Registrations are open now, please fill in the form.
You will receive an entry number.

7 – Deadline for submission of entries
works can be submitted through august 10, 2003

08 – Entries
Entries will be accepted from individuals or teams (max. 2 works).
We are looking for prototypes of new designs and/or concepts, but also your already existing projects (not yet in production) will be accepted. The design documents are to consist of the following two elements:

1. Works
(photos should be prepared in a high resolution - 300dpi -,
in the event of a winning design: we will request your prototype and your
high-resolution images).
as final files are usually too big to send via e-mail,
you are asked to forward a lower resolution copy :
only gif and jpeg file formats will be accepted, 1Mb max.

each work should be forwarded in a separate e-mail.
your works should include your entry number and the title of work.

we will send you an e-mail receipt of your work as soon as we receive it.

2. Authorship and explanation of ideas
a brief description of your work within 100 words (english text only, explanation is expected to be concise) and a declaration of authorship. please add:
the design is my own creation and has been developed in conformity with the competition’s guideline.

(competition’s guideline:
projects participating to the competition, must be original works. projects must be free from copyrights and any kind of obligation. the design shall not in any way infringe any third party’s right, including but not limited to copyright, logos, trademark, trade names, or other proprietary rights of publicity or privacy. only entries with a declaration of authorship are accepted!)

9 - Copyright
any moral and paternity right regarding the project sent in for application is designer’s property. however 100% design and designboom own the right of exhibition and publication of all the work sent in.
