Time Out Park Nights at the Serpentine Gallery run at the Serpentine Gallery Pavilion 2006. Time Out Park Nights include Friday night talks, artists’ events, the 24 - hour interview marathons, Pavilion film screenings and the 50 ft open - air screenings

Following last year's success, Friday evenings in the park begin on 14 July 2006. Serpentine Gallery stun Pavilion - designed by Rem Koolhaas and Cecil Balmond with Arup - for this year's series of events.

Attend talks with contemporary writers, artists and icons, Watch films on a huge 50 - foot open - air screen: 'Performance' on 04 August 2006, 'Blue Velvet' on 05August 2006. Join leading philosophers, politicians, filmmakers, writers and artists round the clock in two 24 - hour interview 'Marathon' events

What better way to wind down after a hot day in the city than to spend a relaxed, cultural evening in the beautiful surroundings of Kensington Gardens? The Pavilion and licensed café stay open until 22:00

It is recommended that visitors bring cushions and rugs. Picnics welcome, but no barbeques or glass of any kind. The screenings will take place rain or shine.
