The ULI Fall Meeting is more than the sum of its parts, and the synergy is the result of a culture of an open sharing of experience - mistakes made, lessons learned.

Of course, the parts of the Fall Meeting are also impressive: five general sessions and keynote speakers; 43 council meetings with 2,200 members participating; the full-day ULI/Stan Ross Real Estate Trends Conference; over 50 concurrent session programs featuring over 300 expert panelists; more than two dozen mobile workshops and cultural programs; project analysis sessions; and, a host of networking opportunities.

This fall, we are hosted by local co-chairs Michael Fascitelli, president of Vornado Realty Trust, and Stephen Ross, chairman and CEO of the Related Companies, who are showing us the best New York has to offer. Don’t miss seeing some of the world’s most innovative real estate developments located in and around Manhattan. And get behind-the-scenes access to the city’s best cultural attractions.

The program committee, chaired by Gadi Kaufmann, has aligned the stars to give us former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani on leadership; Gene Sperling and Lester Thurow on the global economy; Fareed Zakaria on the geopolitical outlook; and master negotiator, Herb Cohen.

ULI also is honored to welcome former president Bill Clinton who will provide a global outlook and reflect on the election results.
