Theme: Enlightening Learning Environments
We are living in a knowledge society where the progress of civilization
is determined by the state of education, research and enlightened
understanding. Each country, region and area has developed educational
infrastructure to address the needs and aspirations of peoples for
education. However, the pattern of educational development is uneven.
There may be critical shortages or needs to develop new institutions. We
need to evolve enlightening environments for learning to enrich our
habitats to cope up with the fundamental need for education and research.

It is the purpose of the competition to undertake surveys and analysis
to identify the critical need for enhancing professional / vocational
educational facilities in a given context of a region / area. The
context would include the social, cultural, economy, environmental and
physical. After a careful analysis the students are required to identify

The site shall be sensitively serviced and landscaped ensuring its

secured pedestrian movement and provide adequate parking for cycles,
mobikes, cars and buses. The architecture of the institution should
reflect humane concerns; it should make appropriate choices of materials
