Yarışma Özeti(Summary):
Forescast for the growth over the next twenty years calculate the number of the new homes that will be needed in the metropolitan region of Barcelona to be 400.00. Tha competition is conceived on a territorial scale. We propose three locations which due to their geografical particularities and programatic requirements , present very different scenarios. By proposing three areas, we aim to encouragereflection beyond the strictly practical solution, enabling the competition to adress real problems, raising questions about growth, building, density the sustaintability of the very limited territory.

4th of February of 2004: Registration deadline.
9th of march of 2004: Deadline for presentations of proposals.
19th of march: Deadline for reception of proposals sent by postal or courier services.
