This letter must be signed by the selected entrant and returned to Peugeot by express mail before the 10 August 2008, 12:00 hours GMT in order for the candidate''s entry to be considered in accordance with stages 2 and 3. Said letter must be countersigned by the legal guardian of a minor candidate, otherwise the entry will be rendered null and void.

Any correspondence regarding the assignment of copyright which has not been received by Peugeot by the aforementioned date of 10 August 2008, 12:00 hours GMT, will automatically deny the entrant permission to enter the competition with this design. Consequently, said entrant may not lay claim to any rights to receive any prize or compensation whatsoever in this regard.

The 10 designs selected by the Peugeot judging panel will be posted online between 16 September and 30 September 2008.
