A participant of the exhibition is provided with:
publication 1 page in catalogue of the exhibition;
1 copy of the catalogue;
up to 10 sq meters of exhibition area;

cleaning;
3 invitation tickets to the awarding ceremony;
general advertising, information and organizational support.

Complementary services:
Equipment, furniture, lighting, loading/unloading, assembling/disassembling, etc. These services are paid separately.

Presentations are to be approved by the organization committee. To be included in the Event overview an application form is to be submitted to the organizing committee no later than the 1st of October, 2003. All presentaiton expenses are borne by the applicant.
