Sensing of Urban Areas - Üçüncü Uluslararası Kentsel Alanların Uzaktan Algılanması
Sempozyumu" 11-13 Haziran 2002 tarihlerinde Istanbul'da gerçekleştirilecektir.
Ilk duyurusu ve bildiri çagrisi yapilan sempozyum için bildiri özetleri en geç
15 Aralık 2001 tarihine dek Sempozyum Sekreteryasına gönderilebilecektir.

Accommodation
Participants must reserve and pay for their own accommodation.
The Organizing Committee has blocked a certain number of rooms in hotels
close by.
The Organizing Committee at no extra charge will provide bus shuttle to and
from hotels booked by the Organizing Committee to Conference Center for
participants.
Participants are, of course, free to make different arrangements both for
hotel reservations and transport.
Proceedings
The symposium proceedings, which will include both oral and poster, will be
distributed at the meeting.
One copy of the proceedings are included in the full registration packages.
Additional copies of the proceedings can be ordered at 40 $ per copy.
Some selected papers will be published in the International Journal of Remote
Sensing.
Selection Criteria
All abstracts will be reviewed for content and appropriateness.
The final decision on program and inclusion of topics will depend on response
to the call and the availability of space.
Authors of accepted abstracts will be asked to confirm their commitment to
participate in the Symposium by 19 April 2002

The full conference registration fee includes sessions, coffee, soft drinks
and cookies during breaks, proceedings and some social events.
Only a limited number of Ph.D.students who paid their registration fees
before May 1, 2002, will be partly supported by the Organizing Committee for
their accommodation.
Daily registrations will not be available.

Symposium Language:
The official language of the Symposium is English. All poster and oral
presentations, discussions and printed material will be in English.
Paper Submission and Deadlines:
You can submit your abstract electronically by e-mail using standart word
processing language.
Include the symposium topic addressed and indicate a preference for oral or
poster session presentation.
