The second series of the 'Architecture and...' talks organised jointly by the RIBA Gallery and V&A, will explore architecture and living. Whether it be opening up to the public domain of streets, square and parks, the private domain of terraces and gardens or simply the sky, Rick Mather Architects designs are characterised by the integration between inside and out through the use of space and light. Mather will discuss this and people's interaction with both public and private spaces through projects ranging from the urban design strategy for London's South Bank and the Dulwich Picture Gallery's garden walls to a roof garden and modern house in old Hampstead. Price £7/£4 concs For further information: Gareth Harris in the V&A Press Office 020 7942 2501 or For further information on architecture and the RIBA go to the RIBA's website: www.architecture.com Adress: |
