Through projects such as the Hanover - Expo 2000 Japan Pavilion and Paper Arch at Moma, New York, Ban has established himself within the architectural world with his innovative paper tube structures. In this lecture, Ban will discuss his projects and humanitarian activities after the natural disasters in Kobe, Turkey and India which incorporate this paper tube system as building material for relief projects.
