Quality of Urban Life: Policy versus Practice

Overview
In the global/changing world new problems and new solutions for the approaches are being created. The variety of cultures and their interrelatedness affect our living in urban spaces and need a new understanding of global/local problems. With dilemmas and changes of urban functions and economics there is a precedere to create new forms of identity, sustainability and quality of urban life. Emerging issues related to policies and practice of quality of urban life are the subjects of this conference. We welcome new perspectives, creative, challenging and inventory solutions and brainstorming discussions to cope with all these emerging urban quality issues.

Submission of abstract guidelines and key dates
Author/s who wish their papers to be considered for presentation should submit an extended abstract suitable for review. Each abstract will be blind reviewed and classified by three reviewers into sessions.

Abstracts should follow the format described below.

1. Author/s name/s and affiliation, postal and e-mail address after each name.
2. Title.
3. Text of 700-800 words including references.
4. Five keywords.

Standard format of the text will be Arial 12, 1.5 spaced.

Submission can be sent either by e-mail, as an attached document using Microsoft Word Format PC to: [email protected]

Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
