NEW VOICES is part of DIGIFEST 2002, Canada‚s newest interactive digital
media festival, featuring the best in digital media content. NEW VOICES
asks digital media creators to present original content in the areas of
Immersive Space (visualization and simulation), Web Space (3D applications),
Game Space (game design), and Film Space (digital effects) along the theme
of 4D Challenge. The aim of NEW VOICES is to showcase the creativity of
up-and-coming designers, mid-career designers, and artists.

DIGIFEST will be held at the Design Exchange from March 20 to 26, 2002; now
includes FlashinTO, the first-ever Canadian educational and inspirational
conference dedicated to supporting and showcasing the Flash community of
designers and developers in Canada.

DIGIFEST is showcasing the best in animation, 3D modeling, visual effects,
virtual reality, gaming, Internet and digital art. DIGIFEST kicks off with
its Opening Gala on the evening of March 20 followed by four days of
international speakers, networking receptions, industry roundtables, and the
4D Challenge showcase ˆ four Gala showcases in the areas of immersive space,
