1.The Israeli Institute of Architects and Town Planners in accordance with its competition committee, announces an International Ideas Competition. The Competition results are to be presented before the public and all legal bodies concerned, as the basic planning concepts, for the actual construction and execution of the Rabin Sq. in Tel Aviv. The Competition is anonymous and public, and is based on all International terms and conditions.

2.The right to participate: Permission is granted to all registered architects, landscape architects and town planners, throughout the world. Participants are to submit one single submission, on one single panel.

3.The Jury includes Architects: Harry Siedler, Arato Isozaki Zvi Heker, M. Fuksas, and the representative of the Rabin family

4. Prizes. Jury will decide upon five equally placed nominees. Total prize ammount is 50,000 US$
