The competition is an international, open and anonymous ideas competition. As
stated in the written UIA approval, it is organized in conformity with the
UNESCO/UIA competition rules, and the KTM Decree No. 16/1998 (VI. 3.) of the
Hungarian Republic on competitions in architecture and town planning. The
working language of the competition is English. The competition brief shall be
issued in Hungarian and English.
The competition is open to any interested natural persons, legal entities or
bodies having no legal status, who are registered/licensed architects. No person
who has been concerned with the preparation of the competition, who is related
to or who is a direct associate of any member of the promoting body or the jury
shall be entitled to compete.
