On the occasion of the complete refurbishment of the Onoden Municipal Elementary
School in Musashino, the city of Musashino is planning to install public art
works. This open competition project is based on the citizens\' participation.
The project widely invites proposals for the works that will be created on the
premise that the children at Onoden Elementary School will participate in the
process of the creation in some way or another.

On the occasion of the complete refurbishment of the Onoden Municipal
Elementary School in Musashino, the city of Musashino is planning to install
public art works. This open competition project is based on the citizens\'
participation. The project widely invites proposals for the works that will be
created on the premise that the children at Onoden Elementary School will

Eligibility:
Anyone who is capable of creating an artwork based on his/her proposal in the
next fiscal year can apply. (Installation of the works shall be finished by
March 2005.)
(Expenses relating to transportation, materials and so forth will be managed
on the prize money and the production budget, which will be prepared in the next
fiscal year.)
