2003 spring, is an unquiet spring. A plague which attacks Universe ??SARS virus fall before us. People are bravely fighting against SARS with persevering courage and strength, with unfearing sacrificing spirit, with precisely scientific attitude,and with the universe wisdom . We , as the design organization in the city which is standing in front of the epidemic situation all over the world, decide to hold the “Strength,life,Science”----2003 Worldwide Human Fight SARS Poster Design Net Commonweal Competition.

2003 spring, is an unquiet spring. A plague which attacks Universe ??SARS virus fall before us. People are bravely fighting against SARS with persevering courage and strength, with unfearing sacrificing spirit, with precisely scientific attitude,and with the universe wisdom . We , as the design organization in the city which is standing in front of the epidemic situation all over the world, decide to hold the “Strength,life,Science”----2003 Worldwide Human Fight SARS Poster Design Net Commonweal Competition.

This competition is a commonweal one. All participators are free of charge to join in, they only need to put in their works. The judges will do their work volunteerly. Excellent works will be donated to government , postal department and correlative museum. They will be used as the publicity and collection of “Fight against SARS”. They are expected to be the gifts to the doctors and nurses who work at the front line against SARS and the community workers. Excellent works will be exhibited on the exhibition web page of “Design on line” and “Beijing Design”;all the works will be shown on the “Fight SARS Poster Design Commemoration Exhibition” in Beijing when SARS is defeated.

Therefore, we sincerely welcome all the designers and design lovers who support fight against SARS to join into this commonweal competition and put in your works.

Date to put in:
May 20 ,2003- June 10, 2003

Ways to put in:
1- All the works should be JPG files, dimension 800X600,image size should not over 200K

2- Email your works to the organizer: E-mail: [email protected]  ,and attach your sign up form and the explainations of your work.(See sign up form)

3- After receiving your works, Beijing Industrial Design Promotion Organization will give you a return receipt by E-mail . The works will be shown on the net medias like “Design on line”?“Beijing Design”.

4- The judge experts will judge the works separately as the designers who is working and students,the winners will get a notice from E-mai. After the winners get the notice , they will put in their formal works in electric files (CD/CDMO),so that they will be printed out for exhibitions and donation.
