Subject: Development of the project of building of a cultural - business and
trading - entertaining and residential complex «Centre» (the Complex
"Centre") in territory of Balashikha. The territory under construction
of the Complex «Centre» is limited from the southern side by Enthusiasts
highway (a highway Moscow - N. Novgorod,10 km from Moscow Ring Road (MKAD)),
from northern side - by Leninski Avenue, from the east and the west - by local
passages. The general of a site makes 19,2 hectares. Administrative, cultural -
business, trading - entertaining, residential buildings and a park zone should
settle down here. The prospective general area of building - about 190 000 sq.
m, including: an underground part - about 5 000 sq. m; an overground part -
about 185 000 sq.m..
