The Request for Qualifications will be made available after April 9, 2003. A
pdf file on their website contains all the details required to obtain a copy of
the TWRC's request for qualification. here under is from the e-mail from the
organizer.
The Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation (TWRC) was established by
the Government of Canada, The Province of Ontario and the City of Toronto to
oversee an estimated $17 billion redevelopment of the Toronto waterfront. The
three levels of government have committed $1.5 billion for the initiative,
including $300 million for four priority projects that are now underway.
The TWRC is currently in the process of issuing a request for qualifications
for urban planning, design and engineering services for precinct planning.
Interested consultants are invited to submit their qualifications in any of the
six disciplines; urban design, parks and public spacing design, sustainable
design, urban planning and revitalization, transportation planning, and
municipal services engineering.
