Located along I-95, the complex is a distinguished
group of buildings in a 12-acre campus, to be developed in three or more phases,
that will provide 1,400,000 sf of occupiable space, including offices and
trading areas, parking facilities, and outdoor amenities. Along Washington
Boulevard, the complex is set back in a large outdoor park which is the entrance
and a public amenity.
Phase One combines a 13-story Class A office building, a seven-story trading
pavilion, and parking facility, and accommodates 2,000 employees. A 50,000 sf
trading floor accommodates 600 traders in an arching 30'-to-50' clear-height
arena. The 210'x132' clear-span space is surrounded by glass-fronted offices
that line the exterior curtainwall, with outside views in all directions.
