Designed to be the regional headquarters for
international corporations in Santiago's newest commercial sector, the 250,000
sf, 16-story office tower includes four basements to accommodate parking
requirements, a retail component at grade, and a high-tech lobby.
The design is a harmonious composition of vertical and curved forms varying
in texture, materials and color, complemented by a 50-meter mast. The building's
placement along one of the city's main highways establishes its presence on the
skyline. As the district develops around it, it will become a major focal point
for the district.
The major west-facing facade is a combination of flat and curved surfaces
made up of curtain wall systems of glass, stainless steel, and stone panels. The
eastern facade has a spectacular view of the Andes and is similarly composed of
flat and curved surfaces.
